As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading store operations. You’ll work with another Store Manager & the General Manager ensuring the store operates effectively & efficiently. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations, hiring and training, coaching and evaluating staff, exceptional customer service, in-depth product knowledge, fantastic brand experience for customers.

Duties & Responsibility:

• FOH is properly scheduled, staffed, and trained (hiring, employee coaching, performance reviews, write-ups, terminations) 
• Create training procedures, and on-boarding protocol for all employees 
• Create and establish systems and procedures for FOH operations 
• General inventory management (retail, beverages, paper products, etc) 
• Assist in curating beer, wine, and coffee program 
• Outside Vendor/ Retail management 
• Ensure the floor and counter service is running smoothly at least 5 days a week 
• Help oversee equipment maintenance and overall upkeep of market 
• Ensure good customer relations and build following 
• Ensure labor and food costing goals are met 
• Ensure quality of all foods and products 
• Develop and implement food safety and health department protocols 
• Manage payroll and daily cash and tips 
• Communicate and work with upper management on weekly basis
