Applicants should possess rock solid food/ bar operations knowledge and experience, inspiring leadership, creative impulses, high standards, fluent in F&B trends, a strong sense of humor and decent taste in music. The position affords an independently operated venues in the limelight that are not regimented, corporate or stiff. The Senior Operations Manager will have the autonomy to build on the success of the venues and make their mark in the Chicago food and beverage scene. There will be career growth opportunities including the potential to gain multiple unit management experience.
