We stand on the shoulders of our KRUs, who painstakingly transmitted Thailand’s traditions. As eternal students, we are grateful to them, and our ‘back to the future philosophy mines our country’s undiscovered glorious culinary past while focusing on rethinking it.

The chef-partner, chef Ohm Suansilphong, recreates and reimagines historic dishes that are marked by their sophistication and surprising openness to worldly ingredients. They are rarely shared in the U.S. and are largely unknown. A curated selection of global wines, as well as cocktails designed by the experts, accompany the chef’s groundbreaking and flavorful fare.

LINE COOK

We are seeking BOH positions who will be essential in helping to create a high-functioning kitchen team.  They will be responsible for consistently ensuring food quality meets brand standards at their stations. They must also complete tasks in a timely fashion while remaining compliant with recipes and established execution of every dish.

Job Requirements:

• Organization and prioritization (service preparation and execution).
• Sufficient culinary skill to execute designated dishes
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to multitask (remember multiple orders, track tickets times)
• Conversational English and basic computer skills (manage communication via email and text)
• Previous experience minimum of 1 year in the applied position
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian cuisine is preferred but not mandatory
