Title of Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: Our Sous Chef will lead by example, recruiting, training, and mentoring our culinary staff to industry-leading standards. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and professional kitchen environment, the Sous Chef will expertly manage food costs, conduct inventory and ordering, and coach culinary team members on essential operational knowledge. Qualifications:
- The Sous Chef must possess 3-5 years high-volume kitchen management experience

- Weekend availability is required for the Sous Chef
- The Sous Chef must have the ability to delegate while maintaining control
