We are looking for a bright, energetic, and service-driven floor manager with an aptitude for providing effortless service. Strong candidates will have a positive attitude and a commitment to creating the best experiences for our guests through food, beverage and the personal touches that elevate the dining experience.
As a floor manager, you will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards.
We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with guets and balance seating capacity. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and guests have pleasant dining experiences.

Requirements
- Ensuring the restaurant is meeting all standards for ambience including cleanliness, music levels, lighting etc.
- Holding our team accountable to our performance standards.
- Running energizing daily pre-shift meetings.
- Using our operating systems to ensure a consistent experience for all concerned.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints and requests
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practice
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Evaluating employee performance
- Collaborating with management on employee and guets service issues
- Possess ability to multi-task
- Understand team-building concepts and techniques
- Organization skills, critical thinking skills and an array of communication skills.
