Trench, the latest project from Heisler Hospitality (Bad Hunter, The Revel Room, Queen Mary, Bar Deville, Pub Royale, Lone Wolf, and more) located in the heart of Wicker Park, is searching for all BOH positions including: Prep Cooks, PM line cooks, AM line cooks, and Dishwashers.
