Description:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated culinary professional to join our ambitious opening team at Sorella. We are a contemporary concept specializing in Italian cuisine.

All candidates must have an interest in Italian cuisine, a passion for excellence, and be excited to work under Executive Chef Suzette Gresham and her management team in furthering the vision of Italian Cuisine under the umbrella of the Acquerello – Sorella family. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow with us!

Minimum Requirements: Culinary school OR 1-2 years industry experience

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Must possess a strong willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
• Works quickly, neatly, productively and efficiently in fast-paced and exciting environment.
• Self-motivation and dedication to quality and professionalism

-Deliver real-time cooked menu items in a professional, safe and hygienic manner
-Contribute to business optimization by assisting with station maintenance, timely food preparation and plating, and with consistency applied as directed
-Other duties may also be assigned
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
