Sportello, Barbara Lynch's modern interpretation of the classic trattoria in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team.

Sportello’s Italian spirit is reflected in the seasonal dishes created each day – fresh, handmade pastas, beautifully composed salads, and inventive, balanced entrees. From Chef Barbara’s signature tagliatelle bolognese, to strozzapreti with braised rabbit, Sportello features comforting, trattoria-inspired dishes made with fresh ingredients.

Applicants should possess a passion for classic Italian cuisine, both regional and seasonal. They should have experience dealing with inventory, costing, menu development, general kitchen management and training and overseeing staff. A minimum of 4 years kitchen experience is required.
