Ever, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Curtis Duffy, is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of cocktail bar experience in high-end or fine-dining environments, along with strong coffee and espresso service knowledge. Bartenders at Ever are expected to execute cocktails and coffee service with precision and consistency, while also contributing to the development of a cocktail program in partnership with the Beverage Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Execute cocktails with accuracy, speed, and consistency to established recipes.

Prepare fresh juices, garnishes, syrups, and coffee service to exact specifications.

Operate espresso equipment with precision: dialing in, milk texturing, and maintaining consistency throughout service.

Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and mise en place at all times.

Set up and break down the bar according to Ever’s standards.

Complete opening, side-work, and closing duties thoroughly and on schedule.

Collaborate with the Beverage Director on cocktail development and testing.

Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all prepared items.

Develop and maintain mastery-level knowledge of all beverage and coffee recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.

Communicate efficiently with colleagues to ensure seamless service.

Perform additional prep and service tasks at the direction of management.
