The Briarwood is looking for a qualified candidate for Banquet/Event Chef. This person will work in tandem with the chef to run the BOH operation specifically focusing on our banquet and event business. The 285 seat restaurant serves dinner, weekend brunch, afternoon tea and has a heavy special event business. We are looking for a positive and motivated chef that can assist in the daily operations of the BOH, be a team player and a strong support to the culinary vision of the chef and owners. The banquet chef will help create menus as well as execute the events. We have an established restaurant that has a bright future and a growing team.
