Chef de Partie candidates must have full time availability as shifts start early afternoon. Michelin star experience is preferred but not required.
Availability: Full Time - nights and weekends required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least 1 years experience as CDP in a fine dining establishment or equivalent culinary school training.
