Coperta, an Italian restaurant, in Uptown seeks a line cook to start immediately
Coperta celebrates the food and wine of Rome and southern Italy and proudly works with Colorado's best farmers and ranchers.
This is an opportunity to work alongside acclaimed chefs Paul C Reilly and Kenny Minton, two of Colorado's premier chefs in the good food movement.*
-4 nights per week (more than likely Monday-Thursday)
-Guaranteed Sundays off (Coperta is closed Sunday nights)
-Scheduled hours are roughly 3pm-11pm, nightly
-Approximately 31-34 hours per week
COMPENSATION:
-$18/hr plus (which does not include a 4% service charge to BOH divided by hours worked,
this usually amounts yto an additional $3.50-6.00/per hour)
-Medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 90 days for FT employees
-Weekly paychecks
-10 days paid time off per year
