Job Details
NoHo Hospitality Group is seeking an IT COORDINATOR to join our hospitality family!

NoHo Hospitality Group owns and operates some of New York's most well-known and loved restaurants helmed by award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini and his partners Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom.

Who You Are:

  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
  • 1-2 years experience in an IT position or program, preferably in a fine dining restaurant group.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills and outstanding listening skills.
  • Highly-developed organizational and multi-tasking abilities and sound administrative skills.
  • Understands basic computer components and has the skills necessary to repair or replace them as needed.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Resolve tech support requests via Zendesk
  • Process onboarding and offboarding requests for new and departing staff
  • Maintain operational and brand standards throughout the restaurants
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of special projects
  • Maintain all hardware and software infrastructure
  • Train end-users on all IT systems
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop upgrade plans
