Job Summary
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Proper rotation of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that the kitchen is adequately stocked and that waste is minimized.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure an efficient and effective kitchen environment.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition and report any deficiencies promptly.
- Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take direction.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Friendly and outgoing personality

Besides featuring the award-winning pizza Shaw already loves, we will have an extensive drink menu that includes over 150 different wines; including big classic labels & nuanced boutique wineries, and a few fun magnums to serve larger groups that are celebrating.
We also have a reputation for sourcing the best beers, and we will be offering patio-crushing classics along with rotating limited craft releases. Our bar serves cocktails on tap made in-house. We strive to create a comfortable and fun atmosphere, with outdoor games like ping pong and corn hole and TV's so guests can watch any game while hanging out. We provide in-depth training and pay for any certifications that might make you better at what you do.
