Batali & Bastianich's Hospitality Group's Otto Enoteca e Pizzeria is looking for an experienced, outgoing Events Coordinator / Maitre'd to join our team! This individual will act as a Manager to our large host stand staff and would control the door on our busiest nights.
THIS IS A FULL TIME & COMMISSION BASED POSITION!
-Previous event coordination and Open Table experience are required.
-Ability to handle high volume/fast-paced environment
-Ability to manage/train/schedule Host stand staff
-Ability to also acting as a Floor Manager (ensure guest/employee satisfaction)
-Always willing to lend a helping hand
-Professional at all times
-Positive attitude and a smile
The Manager must have the ability to successfully lead host stand staff to multi-task and maintain professionalism within a high-volume, high stress atmosphere; position reports to the General Manager.
