Experienced Manager Wanted – Kaiser Tiger

Kaiser Tiger is a large restaurant/bar/event space that is looking to add to our seasoned management staff. An established venue, in business for over eleven years on Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop, we are looking for a motivated, experienced leader who can handle a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities of our Managers include: Scheduling, training, and floor management in a fast-paced, high-volume party atmosphere!

Requirements
* Prior restaurant experience in a full-service high volume restaurant/bar - At least 2-3 years.
* Ability and previous experience scheduling with a team of 40 employees
* Ability and previous experience with Beverage buying, pricing, and inventory
* Ability and previous experience with Toast Menu Management
* Ability and experience with Beverage End of Month Inventories
* Ability and experience with hiring and training FOH staff
* GREAT STABILITY IN PRIOR POSITIONS WITH LONGEVITY AT PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS
* Ability to execute high standards in food and beverage quality
* Exceptional people skills - loves being the host of the party, every day!

* Nights and weekends a must!
* Craft Beer knowledge is important
