Kraftwork has been a neighborhood fixture since 2010. We serve a wide and eclectic variety of craft beers and modern comfort cuisine. Our philosophy is to bring friendly and attentive service, a sense of community and a playful twist to everything we do.
We’re looking for a motivated leader who can be a steady and reliable leader, while at the same time wants to bring creativity and passion to the Industry.
Qualified applicants should have strong verbal and written skills, a comprehensive understanding of proper service, a basic knowledge of restaurant inventory, ordering, staffing, and organization as well as a love for contemporary cuisine and craft beer. We believe a great restaurant is based on a strong staff and a clear and supportive culture. Our GM must be someone who can be the stable and unflappable foundation of our culture.
Basic responsibilities will include
- staffing and scheduling
- maintaining service standards
- inventory
- social media marketing
- supervising food safety (ServeSafe a plus)
- teaching responsible alcohol service
- monitoring beverage costs
- facility management
