Job Details
Blagden Hospitality  is looking for line cooks to add to our teams at many of our locations. 
Our Chefs work in close proximity in order to improve your skills as a cook and chef. Our restaurants change menus seasonally in order to keep our menu fresh and new. We’re always looking for input in potential new dishes and constructive criticism.


Responsibilities:
• Prepare all food items to order and in timely fashion given by chef/expo
• Communicates with team and management regarding food items and orders
• Proper maintenance of wok
• Minimize waste of product
• Rotates product according to “First In, First Out”
• Clean work area, equipment, utensils, and dishes
• Assist in training new personnel in proper procedures and guidelines
• Be a team player

Physical demands:
• Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend, squat and reach shoulder level
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with exposure to hot temperatures
• Must be able to life/carry up to 40 lbs
Full time preferred, wok experience a plus!

Se necesita cocinero de línea en el restaurante con calificación Michelin : Tiger Fork. Tenemos un pequeño equipo muy unido con la esperanza de agregar nuevos cocineros potenciales. Para aquellos que no tienen experiencia en wok, este es un lugar perfecto para comenzar. El chef trabajará muy cerca para mejorar sus habilidades como cocinero y chef. En Tiger Fork cambiamos el menú por temporada para mantener nuestro menú fresco y nuevo. Siempre estamos buscando aportes en posibles nuevos platos y críticas constructivas.

Responsabilidades:
• Preparar todos los alimentos a pedido y de manera oportuna dados por el chef / expo
• Se comunica con el equipo y la gerencia con respecto a los alimentos y pedidos
• Mantenimiento adecuado del wok
• Minimizar el desperdicio de producto
• Rota el producto de acuerdo con "First In, First Out"
• Limpiar el área de trabajo, el equipo, los utensilios y los platos
• Ayudar a capacitar al nuevo personal en procedimientos y pautas adecuados
• Ser un jugador de equipo

Exigencias físicas:
• Debe ser capaz de pararse con frecuencia, caminar, agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas y alcanzar el nivel de los hombros
• Debe sentirse cómodo trabajando en un ambiente con exposición a temperaturas altas
• Debe ser capaz de vida / transportar hasta 40 libras
