Desired Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as a Bartender in a well-rated New York Times restaurant in NYC
• Experience in an Italian, Mediterranean, or California inspired restaurant is preferred
• Personable & professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
• The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure, being able to work through tickets and service calmly and seamlessly
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and amaro’s/aperitifs
