We are La Roca in Manayunk and we are looking for a new general manager for our restaurant. We are a 2 floor Mexican restaurant with a second floor outside deck!! Our current GM is leaving at the end of May and I would like a lot of overlap training. Our current GM has been here almost 3 years. Manayunk is a very restaurant oriented part of Philadelphia.
We are looking for somebody with a restaurant background. With great knowledge of the front of the house and back of house. You will need to be able to jump into any job at any moment.
ServSafe and RAMP manager certs needed to start.
You will be responsible for all scheduling. You will be responsible for all ordering and inventory control, food cost control, labor costs control, booking music/DJ's etc.
We host weekly events and many private parties.
