Established Independently owned and operated Fine Dining Restaurant located close to Denver is looking for a new Executive Chef. The Executive Chef is responsible for the full back of house operation. Includes menu creation and development, food costing and budgeting, scheduling and labor cost, shift management, sanitation, purchasing, receiving and inventory. Management and leadership skills are paramount and being a positive team member. The restaurant can do very high seasonal volume up to 900 -1100 covers on key holidays. Serving dinner nightly, Weekend Brunch, Saturday Afternoon Tea, seasonal outdoor patio, as well as large weddings and special events.
