The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. 

Responsibilities

• Scale-out ingredients and prepare desserts according to recipes 
• Work together with team members in the production of traditional items like macarons, mousse cakes, ice creams, etc. 
• Set up the retail counter with finalized products for sale
• Clean and sanitize work station and equipment

Pastry Cook Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in a kitchen/restaurant 
2. Career-minded, punctual, reliable, and desire to learn
3. Sense of urgency during the day to day operations
4. Attention to detail in all aspects of the kitchen area
5. Committed to scheduling and being on time.
