Otium in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for candidates to fill kitchen positions! Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, formerly of The French Laundry, has started his first solo project and searching for qualified and dedicated staff for his team at Otium.
Hollingsworth is focused on compiling a seasoned team of culinary and service-minded professionals to create a dining experience like no other in the city. Otium strips away the formalities of dining while focusing on the quality of food, warm service, and relaxed atmosphere. Job Description
Candidates must have a reliable track record and proven kitchen experience, and should be skilled and dedicated cooks. Line cooks will be responsible for executing dishes and ensuring that Otium's high standards are met.
Must have Wed-Sun PM availability.
