Looking for someone to work in the front-of-house on the weekends, ideally on Fridays and Saturdays but this can be changed to Saturdays and Sundays if needed. This person will essentially become the Customer Service Specialist of the store and will be responsible for exceeding customer service expectations by listening to customer needs, offering extensive product knowledge at the POS, and going above and beyond to ensure they've created an authentic connection with the customer.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation to work
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Preferred but not necessary: Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality customer service by greeting, selling, and servicing all customers.
- Will be able to take and manage multiple orders.
- Must be willing to learn the ins and outs of a POS system.
