F&F Pizzeria is looking for a Manager to join our team!
The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of F&F Pizzeria. You will work closely with your co-management team to uphold the general operations of the Pizzeria, ensuring the successful execution of service while maintaining company standards and meeting financial goals. As a working manager, you will work alongside and support the team to provide stellar hospitality. You possess a passion for food and service, the ability to lead, mentor, and train staff, as well as a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee the day-to day operations of the pizzeria's dine in and take-out/delivery operations
- Manage proper operating standards for the pizzeria, including all food safety and labor compliance
- Ensure a friendly service experience for all guests, responding positively and promptly to guest concerns and complaints
- Drive standards of service and provide continuous support to all service staff, actively participating in service as needed
- Always ensure excellent maintenance and cleanliness of the pizzeria
- Ensure the pizzeria is staffed effectively to execute all service standards
- Properly open and close physical operation, including all financial reporting necessary
- Supervise all menu updates across the operation as needed, including printed, online, delivery and POS menus
- Run all technology needed to execute daily operations, including POS, delivery, and scheduling/time & attendance platforms
- Conduct monthly inventory of all goods needed for service, order as necessary, and ensure all items are stored and maintained properly
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for payroll, corrective actions, etc.
- Achieve weekly sales goals set in collaboration with the Director of Ops
You Should Have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a quick service restaurant operation
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Google Docs
- Possess strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- NY Food Handler’s Certificate a plus
- English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
- The ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
