Complementing the light and vegetable focused cuisine, Glasserie’s beverage program is equally light, fresh and fun. The drink menu tends to focus on eclectic natural wines that use lesser known grape varieties, craft cocktails that work in tune with the seasonality of the food menu and fresh local beer.
