Emmett’s on Grove is a midwest inspired supper club specializing in tavern style pizza. Following the success of his Soho institution, Emmett's, owner Emmett Burke longed to create a space exclusively showcasing Chicago’s lesser known but hometown favorite pizza: tavern style thin crust. Taking inspiration from his favorite places to visit - the South of France and the North woods of Wisconsin - Emmett’s on Grove celebrates the spirit of a classic American Tavern with European influences. Serving Italian American favorites alongside an extensive wine list featuring top producers and domaines from around the world, Emmett’s on Grove offers all the fun you would want from a neighborhood restaurant with an elevated experience you would hope for from a top New York dining destination.

At Emmett’s, we love pizza, wine, beers and cocktails. You don’t have to love those things to work here, but it will definitely be more fun if you do.
Other qualifications include, but are not limited to:
-- Intermediate wine knowledge, esp. Old World varietals, classic styles, and beloved producers
-- Exceptional communication skills
-- An innate sense of empathy and generosity

-- Weekend availability (including Sundays)
Compensation:
-- Servers/Bartenders currently make ~$200-$400 per shift in tips)

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
