Bittersweet is a restaurant in the historic Washington park neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. We are currently seeking 1 very strong line cook/ Sous chef. This position is very demanding and expectations are very high of whomever wants the challenge. Our menu changes very often so team collaboration and menu development is a must. This position is for starting either on sauté or grill station and being responsible for all prep for that station. We are a team driven kitchen and constantly looking to improve ourselves as well as the restaurant. This is a great position for a cook who is looking to take there skills and style to that next level and possibly move to a sous position. Working hours are anywhere from minimum of 40 hours to 55 hours weekly. We are closed Sunday and Monday so schedule is mostly Tuesday thru Saturday unless we have special events. An amazing resume is not required but an eagerness to learn and passion for truly great food is a must!
