The Box Office Assistant will provide an important support role to our Box Office Manager in completing a variety of ticketing and administrative tasks, as well as lead the charge for our Friday open box office hours!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work 15 hours/week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays approximately 9am-2pm 
• Previous experience in a customer facing or ticketing role preferred
• Experience with Ticketmaster preferred
• Attention to detail
• Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
• 18 years of age or older
• Interest in picking up additional shifts when needed for show days

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead the weekly open box office hours every Friday morning, as well as additional special pop up hours for onsales
• Sell tickets and upgrades to guests
• Assist in managing artist VIP, guest, photo/press, staff lists 
• Process ticket buys and distributions for sponsors and VIPs
• Manage venue inbox and answer guest inquiries via phone or email 
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with lost and found, wayfinding, information about future events, and more
• Resolving guest issues with excellent customer service
• Maintaining an organized and efficient box office area
• Performing other administrative tasks or projects as assigned by management
