The University Club of Chicago, a private city club, seeks a polished, friendly, and upbeat individual with excellent customer service and communication skills to fill a Full-Time Bartender/Server position.

Must have a minimum of three years fine dining and craft cocktail experience; Dependable and hardworking; Excellent communication skills. Must be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

High base pay plus automatic 20% Gratuity.

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/mixologist
• Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• POS experience
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Basset and Servsafe certified
