Australian restaurant Two Hands is looking for positive, reliable, and experienced line cooks to join our team. Two Hands is a fast-paced, high-end restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Full-time and part-time work available.

- Rate starts at $19/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
- Ability to maintain NYC DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Basic knife skills
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 lbs
- Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
- Must be available weekends
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
Plus, but not required:
- NYC Food Handler's License
