Casa Nela is looking for a motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Claudette! If you are passionate about great food, love people, and want to expand your knowledge and career with an established, growing company, then we want to talk to you about this opportunity!

The Sous Chef is a critical part of the restaurant’s culinary management team, supporting the overall day to day operations in tandem with the other chefs and front of house managers. This position will focus on ensuring excellent and consistent guest experiences as well as building and maintaining a high performing team in order to drive sales, profitability and employee retention
rates.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $70,000.00)
