We are seeking an experienced and talented Floor Manager to join our team of seasoned professionals for our flagship restaurant.
Job Overview:
Our Managers lead the front of house team and oversee each service, while providing the best possible dining experience at our restaurants. Managers are to be motivated, passionate, and great leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the flow of service and the entire guest experience.
- Educate the staff be able to describe all food and beverage products attractively
- Inspire team to provide the best service possible
- Address all guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Positively interact with all guests from arrival to departure from the restaurant
- Assist with team scheduling
- Assist with communication between FOH and BOH staff
- Provide impeccable service to all guests
- Complete additional tasks as requested by senior management

Who you are:
- You are passionate about the Hospitality industry and thrive in fast-paced environments
- You have 2+ years of experience as a Manager
- You are a team leader with clear communication and follow through
- You have attention to detail and initiative to problem solve as needed
- You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
- You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
- You are able to lift 30+ pounds
- You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
