Job Details

Trench, the latest project from Heisler Hospitality (Bad Hunter, The Revel Room, Queen Mary, Bar Deville, Pub Royale, Lone Wolf, and more) located in the heart of Wicker Park, is searching for Chef de Cuisine.

Chef de Cuisine will be in charge of the daily kitchen operations. will work with the Executive chef on developing new menu items and kitchen systems. Experience in staffing, food cost control,and an ability to work under pressure a must.
