Looking for a passionate individual with a love for food and hospitality, someone self motivated, organized and hard working for a challenging and long term role in NYC. We are a small but growing company and the individual will have direct communication with the ownership in making decisions, day to day operations, service standards and exposure in the growth and expansion of the business.
- Food and wine knowledge is a must
- Indian cuisine knowledge preferred, but not required
- Manage day to day operations during scheduled shifts - weekly schedules, employee training and support, guest interaction, and planning while upholding standards
- Maintaining weekly staff schedules - knowledge of 7shifts is preferred, but not required
- Experience developing standard operating procedures within the food & beverage industry
- In charge of FOH service and maintaining staff training
- Maintain discipline and standards of service
- Setting opening and closing procedures
- Certification in NYC food handlers license a plus
