Restaurant Assistant General Manager - Fine Dining

$95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The General Manager/AGM will oversee all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Hire, supervise, train, and develop staff
• Foster a positive and motivating workplace
• Manage P&L and budgets; identify and resolve issues to meet or beat budget wherever possible
• Ensure compliance with restaurant standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary workplace, as well as meet high levels of guest service and experience
• Troubleshoot and manage maintenance and repair issues for restaurant equipment and the building

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 2 Years experience in as a General Manager of a high-volume ($5 M+), upscale-casual or fine-dining restaurant OR as an Assistant General Manager over a $10M+ upscale or fine-dining restaurant
• Has a great palate
• Able to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods
• Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Punctual and proactive.
• Excellent communicator
• Proficient in Google Docs and spreadsheets
• High energy; able to climb stairs repeatedly during a shift
• Loyal and passionate about service, mission and culture
