Qualifications for the position:

Must have knowledge of all types of spirits (plus wine and beer varieties)
Must have knowledge of cocktail making techniques and use of bar tools
Must have excellent steak knowledge of cuts, temperature, and wine pairings
Must have excellent salesmanship and great up-selling techniques
Must meet our standards ranging from hygiene, workstation set up/organization, and professionalism
Must have the ability to memorize and follow recipes for dozens of drinks on the cocktail menu quickly
Must provide exceptional product and customer service
Must be reliable, punctual,and efficient
Must have excellent food and beverage knowledge
Must be great at written and verbal communication
English fluency is mandatory

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,200
