SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

General:

• Responsible for being on time daily
• Maintaining a clean work station
• Showing up in proper and clean uniform
• Maintains a positive attitude 
• Works well with fellow cooks, and never undermines kitchen management
• Responsible for knowing the dishes on their station
• Always set up properly for service
• Must have a food handler's certifitcate
• 3+ years training as lead line cook or equivalent experience
• Ability to multitask and to prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills
