Butcher, Pastry, Line, Prep, and Stewards

We are looking for candidates who take the craft of cooking seriously and aspire to achieve; cooks who care about the quality of their knife skills and are hungry to learn others like butchery, pastry, fermentation, and sauce work. We want to build a team that supports one another, cares about balance, and understands that hard work yields the best results.

Applicants must have 1+ years’ restaurant experience working in a high volume and upscale establishment. Candidates must be punctual, communicate effectively, and maintain composure while multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional cuisine, hospitality and grow together.

*Must be available to work dinner and weekends. These are Full-Time positions.
