We are looking for a Part-Time Back Servers for two BRUNCH shifts per week:
Saturday Day 11am - 5pm
Sunday Day 11am - 5pm
We are looking for someone that can commit to both shifts.
Position would average of 8-12 hours per week.
Pay is hourly + tips which avarages from $20 - $29 per hour.
Projected weekly average gross pay of $240 to $294

You ideally possess the following qualities:
- Supporting the staff in the controlling the operations of the bar & beverage program
- Assisting with opening & closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins.
- Ensure that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
- Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs, if needed.
- Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces and bar equipment, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process and ensuring that delivered items are stored properly.
- Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests’ tables rapidly and accurately.
- Prepare To-Go orders.
- Maintain working knowledge of all food menu items, including how various menu items are prepared.
- Communicate food orders with Chefs, paying close attention to special requests (e.g., food allergies)
- Check-in with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take corrective action if any issues arise.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as tidying up kitchen station
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up linens, silverware, or glassware.
- Serve food to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, or soft drinks.
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the kitchen or bar for cleaning.
- Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining.
- Check-in with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take corrective action if any issues arise.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as tidying up food server stations and brewers.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens in preparation for the next shift or large parties.
