We're currently looking for a Sous Chef who is ready to grow with a dynamic hospitality company. Upward mobility is available for the right person.
Located in Eagle (Chester Springs/Exton). We serve a casual, yet sophisticated & seasonally driven Southern menu in a charming, historic and recently renovated buidling. The beverage menu features quality-driven cocktails, a large bourbon list and a wine list that we aspire to grow over time.
Our chef de cuisine is Charisse Johnon, a Johnson & Wales graduate and has over 10 years of experience leading kitchens. Our company is positioned to open 2 new restaurants over the next 3 months and plan to open another 2 new concepts/properties in late 2024.
