Job Description:

As a server, you act as the food and cocktail tour guide, leading guests through the dining experience and making personal recommendations.

Our goal is to create a comfortable ambiance where guests will receive exceptional service and quality entertainment, with an emphasis on upselling and exceeding expectations. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all menus: food, beverage, cocktails, and wine, with the ability to articulate to guests in an engaged, knowledgeable, and thoughtful manner.
• Act as the food and cocktail tour guide, making personal recommendations along the way
• Upsell food and beverage items
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages and deliver all requests from guests promptly.
• Oversee all table service aspects and work with bussers to maintain, clear, and reset table setups.
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• 2+ years experience in an elevated upscale/high-volume venue
• The capacity to work within an ever-changing environment, willingness to support in other areas as required to maintain the integrity of our venue
• Must be available to work at least one opening shift
