Irregardless brings great food and drinks to the table, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously—just like the name. We work with the best seasonal and local ingredients to bring innovative, fun dishes to our guests.

Line cooks will be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:

-setting up and maintaining station for service
-preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
-cooking food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
-maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements
-working professionally with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional workplace for all

Desired candidates will have:

-strong written and verbal communication skills
-a teamwork mentality and friendly personality
-organizational skills
-accuracy and speed in executing tasks
-ability to follow directions and instructions from managers
-willingness to learn and attain highest level of skills
-restaurant experience preferred
