We are a counter service style BBQ Hall in Red Hook, Brooklyn. This position is one of the most important at Hometown. You would be our ambassador and the most critical point of sale employee in the store.
Our ideal candidates are motivated, outgoing, energetic, self-starters with serious knife skills.

Responsibilities
Ensuring a productive flow in the BBQ Pit that upholds all of Hometowns business standards and keeps the line moving at a strong pace.
Qualifications
*Sous Chef Quality Knife Skills *High familiarity with kitchen equipment, process and health and safety guidelines *Accustomed to high traffic and kitchen volume *3 Years NYC Restaurant Experience Line Cook or Higher Position in a High Volume Restaurant *NYC Foodhandlers License Required *Culinary School Degree a Plus *Strong Communication skills with staff and customers
