We are a cozy, (woman run) long standing restaurant serving Roman style pizza and pasta with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, and Italian flavors with a decidedly modern farm-based edge. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate line cook, baker or pizza chef, to transition to a more managerial, creative, and long-term position with opportunities for growth. We look forward to adding and upgrading our menu, expanding hours, including lunch.
We maintain high standards, producing excellent food in a friendly, collaborative environment. Candidate will be asked to work principally on pasta, salad, entrees, developing weekly specials; ordering of seasonal produce, oversight of inventory and collaboration on menu development.
