Wilder is seeking a charismatic Assistant Manager to join our team!

Job Details

The assistant manager will be responsible for the entirety of the guest experience in concert with the general manager and other managers.  This includes, but not limited to, greeting and seating guests, mingling, assisting servers, resolving guest issues, and coordination with the kitchen. Other duties will include ordering and receiving, inventory, opening and closing duties

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience in high volume, full service restaurants, preferably with some management experience 
• Have a real passion for hospitality and customer service
• Have experience in steps of service, conflict management, and other related front of house skills
• Have the ability to communicate with clients and staff responsibly and effectively 
• Have strong knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Have some basic or extensive wine knowledge  
• Have strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and be able to lead by example
• Servsafe and Ramp certified
