Job Details
Happy Endings Hospitality Group is opening a three concepts in one location in Falls Church, Virginia. They are Chasin' Tails Seafood Social, Rollplay Viet Street Food and Nue Modern Vietnamese. Training begins the week of February 20th, 2023.

Our line cooks are responsible for preparing dishes using our recipes and menu items created by the Head Chefs and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
- Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
This position will require communication, basic culinary skills and food safety knowledge. Ability to speak and read english is a bonus (but not required).
NOTE: We are NOT a corporate restaurant with all of its menus, systems and processes in place. We are looking to empower you with creativity and freedom to help build Chasin' Tails, Nue and Roll Play into something great.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00)
