Job Details
Hanoi House is looking for a weekend Food Runner. Friday - Sunday availability is required.
We are seeking team players that are committed to the guest experience, doing whatever needs to be done to ensure a successful shift. The restaurant has quick turns and is very fast-paced. The service is casual but knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Responsiblities include:
Ensuring expo has all mise en place and supplies for the shift.
Delivering food to tables and working with the expeditor to ensure quick and accurate service.
Engaging the guest and sharing food knowledge as requested.
Maintaining tables during visits with food.
Organizing service station, running bus tubs to dish, polishing clean plates & silverware, and restocking stations with supplies.
Requirements:
2 year experience in a reputable restaurant.
References from 2 managers or equivalent supervisor.
Knowledge of basic service & hospitality standards.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures as required by DOH.
Desire to learn and grow.

Tips are pooled amongst all members of service staff.
Family meal is provided at least once per day and certain menu items are offered at 50% off at the end of your shift.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
