Job Description:
- Create weekly schedules
- Manage service and be a supporter for the staff
- Ordering service and bar essentials
- Encourage sales and a positive environment
- Develop relationships with guests to build a loyal customer base
- Help to organize and execute events and/or large parties
- Bar management / inventory / ordering
- Manage duties and tasks to ensure a clean and organized workplace
- Closing nightly
