Twelvemonth is a new 300 seat destination Restaurant, Lounge and Bakery located in Burlingame California.

We source from local farmers, champion waste reduction, and push the boundaries of vegetable-first creativity.

The Assistant General Manager will partner with the General Manager to lead the service team in providing consistent, memorable, and outstanding experiences for our guests. The AGM will eagerly seek out opportunities to improve the guest experience and provide suggestions and action plans to address these opportunities.  Moreover, the AGM will be instrumental in creating our culture where we seek out and embrace simple, elegant, efficient, and impactful ways to improve our craft with fun and mutual respect.

This position is for a new restaurant therefore the creation and implementation of systems will be a large part of the Assistant General Managers role prior to the opening date. We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to establish Twelvemonth as a destination restaurant in the Bay Area.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 2 years in a restaurant lead position, fine dining experience required.
• Not required, but ideal candidates have experience in opening a restaurant.

• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
